Agadir – Taliouine – Taznakht – Ouarzazate

Your journey begins with a morning pick-up in Agadir as we travel inland through the Anti-Atlas Mountains. Our first stops include the town of Taliouine, famous for producing some of Morocco’s finest saffron, and Taznakht, well known for its traditional Berber carpets. By late afternoon we arrive in Ouarzazate, often called the “Gateway to the Desert.”

Ouarzazate – Skoura Oasis – Rose Valley – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges

Approx. driving time 2-3 hours

After breakfast we travel through the Skoura palm oasis, famous for its kasbahs surrounded by palm groves. We continue through the scenic Rose Valley, known for its fragrant rose fields and traditional villages.
Along the way we pass small Berber villages and ancient kasbahs that tell stories of Morocco’s historic caravan routes. In the afternoon we arrive at the spectacular Todra Gorge where towering canyon walls rise dramatically above a narrow valley. You’ll have time to walk through the gorge and enjoy the impressive scenery.

Todra Gorges – Tinjdad – Erfoud – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi dunes

Approx. driving time 3 hours

After breakfast we continue toward the Sahara Desert, passing through desert towns such as Tinjdad and Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops.
As the journey continues, the landscape becomes increasingly desert-like until the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi appear on the horizon. In the late afternoon you will ride camels across the dunes while the sun slowly sets over the Sahara. The colors of the sand change beautifully as the light fades. After arriving at the desert camp, enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner and Berber music under an incredible starry sky.

Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate

Approx. driving time 5-6 hours

We wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes before returning to Merzouga village for breakfast.
Afterward we travel to the historic desert town of Rissani, known for its traditional market and cultural heritage.
Today we explore the vast desert landscapes of southern Morocco. The drive through the Draa Valley is especially beautiful, with thousands of palm trees lining the river and ancient kasbah villages scattered along the route. By evening we arrive again in Ouarzazate for a relaxing night.

Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Tizi n’Tichka Pass – Marrakech

Approx. driving time 3-4 hours

After breakfast we visit the famous fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Morocco’s most iconic kasbahs.
Walking through Ait Ben Haddou feels like stepping back in time. The ancient mud-brick architecture and narrow alleys reflect the history of ancient caravan routes. Later we cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass. The winding mountain roads offer incredible panoramic views before descending toward Marrakech, where the tour ends in the afternoon.
