Arrival in Casablanca

Your journey begins in Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city and economic capital. After meeting your driver at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may visit the famous Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Casablanca – Rabat – Rif Mountains – Chefchaouen

Approx. driving time 5 hours

After breakfast we travel to Rabat, Morocco’s capital city. In Rabat you will visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Later we continue through the scenic Rif Mountains until we reach the beautiful blue city of Chefchaouen.

After breakfast you will explore one of Morocco’s most picturesque towns. Chefchaouen is famous for its blue-painted streets and relaxed atmosphere. Spend the day wandering through the charming medina, visiting local markets, and enjoying the peaceful mountain scenery.

Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Approx. driving time 4 hours

After breakfast we travel toward the Roman ruins of Volubilis. You will explore the ancient Roman site where impressive columns and mosaics overlook the surrounding countryside. Later we continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, before arriving in Fes.

Today we visit Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, before arriving Fes. In Fes you will explore one of Morocco’s most historic cities with a local guide.

Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

Approx. driving time 7 hours

After breakfast we travel south toward the Sahara Desert. We stop in Ifrane and the cedar forests near Azrou where Barbary macaque monkeys can often be seen. Continuing through the Ziz Valley, we arrive in Merzouga where camel trekking begins at sunset. The evening includes dinner and traditional music in a desert camp.

Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

Approx. driving time 4-5 hours

Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast we visit the traditional desert town of Rissani before continuing to Todra Gorge where massive canyon walls rise dramatically above the valley. Later we travel to the scenic Dades Valley.

Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou

Approx. driving time 3 hours

After breakfast we travel along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. We pass through palm-filled valleys and traditional villages before arriving in Ouarzazate. Later we visit the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s most iconic historical sites.

Ait Ben Haddou – Tizi n’Tichka Pass – Marrakech

Approx. driving time 3 hours

After breakfast we cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains. The winding mountain roads offer breathtaking panoramic views and several scenic stops before descending toward Marrakech.

After breakfast you explore Marrakech with a local guide. You will visit the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square with its lively markets and street performers.
