FES TO MARRAKECH
Day 1
Full-day exploration of Fes
Your journey begins in Fes, one of the most historic cities in Morocco. Today you will explore the ancient medina with a local guide. The narrow streets are filled with traditional markets, artisans, and historic monuments. Highlights include Al Quaraouiyine University, the famous leather tanneries, and the colorful souks where craftsmen still produce traditional goods.

Day 2
Fes – Meknes – Volubilis – Middle Atlas – Midelt
Approx. driving time 3-4 hours
After breakfast we travel to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities.
You will visit the famous Bab Mansour gate and the historic medina. We then continue to the Roman ruins of Volubilis before crossing the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains toward Midelt, a quiet town surrounded by mountain landscapes.

Day 3
Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
Approx. driving time 4 hours
After breakfast we travel south toward the Sahara Desert. The landscapes change dramatically as we descend through the spectacular Ziz Valley filled with palm groves. By the afternoon we arrive in Merzouga where the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi appear on the horizon. You will ride camels into the desert at sunset before arriving at the camp where dinner and Berber music await.

Day 4
Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Approx. driving time 4-5 hours
Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast we visit the traditional desert town of Rissani before continuing to Todra Gorge, where towering canyon walls rise dramatically above the valley. Later we travel to the beautiful Dades Valley known for its dramatic rock formations.

Day 5
Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech
Approx. driving time 6 hours
After breakfast we continue along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. We visit the historic kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou before crossing the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass. By the evening we arrive in Marrakech.

Day 6
Marrakech city tour
Today we explore Marrakech with a local guide. You will visit the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the colorful souks of the medina. The day ends in the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square where street performers, musicians, and food stalls create a lively atmosphere.
